Program Officer, Criminal Justice Reform
Damon Britton serves as the Program Officer for Criminal Justice Reform where he is responsible for supporting community initiatives. He works with organizations active in Criminal Justice Reform to identify gaps in service and implement programs that address those needs. He works alongside organizations to improve outcomes through monitoring and evaluation.
Prior to joining the foundation, Damon worked for Catholic Charities as the Senior Director of Social Services, overseeing the Family Support Services, Homeless Services, Disaster Services and Refugee Resettlement Departments. He holds a master’s degree in International Social Development from the University of New South Wales and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma Christian University. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family.
