For The Village is a non-profit organization committed to enhancing infant and maternal health in the Black community. The organization’s goal is to develop more Black birth workers in order to provide additional birth services within the Black community. Using evidence-based curriculum, birth workers will be trained as doulas, childbirth educators, and lactation professionals.
