Fall Forum is Oklahoma Institute for Child Advocacy’s (OICA) annual conference to formulate a legislative agenda and educate advocates about existing issues facing Oklahoma's children. This gathering brings together youth policy experts from nonprofits and state agencies, along with policymakers, to discuss issues and compile solutions which can be sought through agency rules and statutory modifications. The conference will also provide the opportunity for conversations to provide insight into specific policy areas in which OICA is currently working.
