The Oklahoma Institute for Child Advocacy’s (OICA) mission is to improve the health, safety, and well-being of children and youth in Oklahoma by creating awareness, taking action, and supporting policy. The Fall Forum assembles some of Oklahoma’s brightest minds and most passionate advocates for children. Delegates exchange expertise and work collaboratively to create practical solutions that will result in a legislative agenda designed to help our youngest residents.
