Arnall Family Foundation Announces New Hire For Its Child Welfare Initiative
OKLAHOMA CITY – The Arnall Family Foundation recently hired Lindsay Laird as program officer for Child Welfare Initiatives. The foundation seeks to make lasting, transformative improvements to the systems and programs in Oklahoma County that serve youth at-risk through results-driven investments and strategic convening of community partners.
As program officer, Laird’s responsibilities include developing strategies for the foundation’s engagement in child welfare, building partnerships and overseeing project implementation.
The foundation is committed to investing $45 million into child welfare initiatives throughout Oklahoma County over the next five years. Throughout the foundation’s first 18 months, it has awarded more than $10.75 million to organizations supporting child welfare, animal welfare and autism.
Prior to joining the foundation, Laird served as vice president of Saxum, an integrated marketing communications agency based in Oklahoma City.
Established in 2015, the Arnall Family Foundation was founded by Sue Ann Arnall with the vision to create lasting, transformative improvements to the systems and programs that serve individuals and families involved in criminal justice and child welfare through results-driven investments.
