City Care is committed to identifying unmet urgent needs and finding innovative and unduplicated methods to address them. City Care’s programs provide comprehensive care for those experiencing or vulnerable to homelessness in OKC. The Homeless Services program offers families with children and individuals emergency shelter, food, and case management through OKC’s only low-barrier night shelter. Complimentary shuttles assist with transportation to wraparound services and provide mobile outreach to those living unsheltered and in encampments. The Supportive Communities program offers recovery opportunities to individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness with permanent housing and full-time case management.

The Arnall Community Funds are administered through Oklahoma City Community Foundation (OCCF) and provide grants to nonprofit organizations throughout the state of Oklahoma that are working to improve outcomes for individuals, children and families involved with animal welfare and in the child welfare and criminal justice systems. The OCCF staff manages the grant administration process and all grantmaking decisions are made by OCCF Trustees.
