Our Neighborhood Empowered (ONE) uplifts at-risk K-5th students in OKC through Kids’ Club, an after-school literacy program. The Kids’ Club program is offered to kindergarten through 5th grade students in the Oklahoma City area. Its goal is to provide a safe place for at-risk kids to learn, play, and explore. It specifically focuses on increasing literacy and reading comprehension by utilizing an innovative online curriculum that adapts with the students as they learn. This grant supports program expansion and enriches summer experiences to combat educational disparities.
