The Oklahoma Humane Society works in close partnership with Oklahoma City Animal Welfare and other local shelters, primarily focusing on eliminating the needless euthanasia of healthy, adoptable animals in Oklahoma City. OK Humane loves animals and believes that Oklahoma will see a day when every healthy and adoptable pet finds a home. The funding will be dedicated to general needs and land procurement related to a new facility. OK Humane believes a new facility would allow them to bring all of its services to one location. This building will allow OK Humane to provide more opportunities for pets to find new homes as well as bring expanded affordable health care and services to dogs and cats throughout the state.
