The mission of Jazz In June is to educate the public regarding jazz, as a unique American musical art form, by serving as a showcase for the many diverse forms of jazz. To achieve this, they produce a 3-day music festival, provide educational workshops, and present a “Best of Jazz in June” radio program. This funding will help Jazz in June plan, produce and stage the 41st Annual Jazz in June festival to begin the firth decade of presenting some of the best in jazz and blues to Oklahoma audiences.
