In collaboration with the City of Oklahoma City, Clutch Consulting Group is engaged to perform an analysis of OKC’s homeless services systems to determine gaps and inefficiencies and develop a plan to restructure that system and the governance of the Continuum of Care (CoC). This project is intended to be the first of two phases in a restructuring process with the second phase addressing the implementation of the restructuring plan developed in phase I.
