The City of Oklahoma City is working with Clutch Consulting on the transformation of the homelessness response system in Oklahoma City. It is the goal that through this partnership, Clutch Consulting will help develop a targeted encampment decommissioning program through rehousing (via coordinated effort between outreach, CES, housing case managers, landlord engagement, and city services), and expand Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) and Rapid Rehousing (RRH) through property owner engagement tactics to increase access to rental units as well as by standardizing the duration and intensity of subsidies and supportive services.
