The Fostering Success at the University of Central Oklahoma program offers a full-time case manager position on campus to support the more than 150 foster alumni in their efforts to attain a college degree. This case manager will serve as an advocate, social and clinical resources expert, and mentor for the former foster youth. Frequent meetings between the case manager and the students will create a relationship to ensure successful navigation of whatever obstacles may occur during their college experience. Success of the program will be measured by student retention rates.
