Oklahoma Policy advances equitable and fiscally responsible policies that expand opportunity for all Oklahomans through non-partisan research, analysis and advocacy. Interwoven throughout their work is their effort to lift and elevate the systemic racial and ethnic disparities within policy issues that have led to a lack of opportunity among Indigenous communities and people of color. Oklahoma Policy has the opportunity to be at the forefront of these efforts by connecting with impacted communities through listening sessions and field organizing work; working with partners to ensure they are using asset framing and positive storytelling within policy, advocacy, and outreach work; and developing authentic partnerships with organizations of color.
