Honestly addresses the critical challenge of teen pregnancy in Central Oklahoma through a collective impact approach. Their work addresses systemic barriers to comprehensive sexual health education and services, particularly among underserved populations. Honestly is tackling these challenges by building inclusive community partnerships and shifting deep-seated beliefs about youth sexual health. They coordinate cross-sector collaboration among healthcare providers, educators, youth, caregivers, and community leaders to create sustainable change. Honestly serves as the backbone organization for the Central Oklahoma Teen Pregnancy Prevention Collaboration, orchestrating a collective impact initiative that unites more than 40 organizations and 80 individuals.

The Arnall Community Funds are administered through Oklahoma City Community Foundation (OCCF) and provide grants to nonprofit organizations throughout the state of Oklahoma that are working to improve outcomes for individuals, children and families involved with animal welfare and in the child welfare and criminal justice systems​. The OCCF staff manages the grant administration process and all grantmaking decisions are made by OCCF Trustees.
