The Making of Men Leadership Program (MOMLP) provides services and creates initiatives that empower children in public education. They aim to close the achievement gap through mentorship, violence prevention, parent advocacy, and courageous conversations with teachers on cultural competency as it relates to the instruction of boys of color. As a program of Believe, Inc., MOMLP focuses on building safe and supportive communities for boys and young men of color where they feel valued and have clear pathways to opportunity.
