The purpose of the Healthy Lives Healthy Minds Foundation is to receive, invest, and expend donated non-state-appropriated funds to support, promote, and develop behavioral health and the prevention and treatment of mental illness and addiction, including anti-stigma public education programs, and to do all other things that may legally be done by a non-profit corporation on behalf of the mission of the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. The Momentum Conference provides participants with best practices and cutting-edge strategies in the intersection of prevention, criminal justice and behavioral health to continue to improve Oklahoma’s diversion network.
