The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) is the state agency that oversees all prevention, treatment and education of mental health and substance abuse in the state. ODMHSAS also independently operates mental health and substance use facilities offering inpatient, outpatient and crisis services. The nature of this project is for the demolition and abatement of the current Oklahoma Crisis Recovery Unit (OCRU) and Lottie House, both owned by ODMHSAS. The demolition and abatement of these structures is for the ultimate purpose of building the MAPS4 Crisis Center at this site.
