The Oklahoma Indian Child Welfare Association (OICWA) promotes the well-being of American Indian children, their families and their tribes. The topic of the 14th Annual OICWA Conference is “Seeking Unity Through Resilience, Reconciliation, and Perseverance”. The purpose of the conference is to increase knowledge of the Indian Child Welfare Act, the Oklahoma Indian Child Welfare Association and facilitate collaboration efforts with Oklahoma Department of Human Services and the Oklahoma Court system.
