Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to improving the world one child and one community at a time. The Kiwanis Club of Downtown Oklahoma City formed in 1918, is now the oldest continuously-operated Kiwanis club across Texas & Oklahoma. The brand-new Early Childhood Education Center will serve as a Head Start/Early Head Start school and double as a community center and STEM lab for the Mark Twain Elementary neighborhood in Westlawn Gardens.
