Diversion Hub provides justice-involved individuals with the services and resources they need to exit the system and achieve positive life outcomes. The organization co-locates community partner agencies on-site to offer low-barrier services that holistically meet client needs. This grant supports a pilot program in partnership with Catholic Charities and Boxabl to offer affordable transitional housing to low-income clients with justice involvement.
