The Oklahoma County Diversion Hub is a collaborative, multi-agency network in a single location to provide coordinated, life stabilization services to individuals navigating the justice system. Case managers and justice navigators work alongside on-site community partners to meet the needs of the client while keeping community safety and a culture of compassion and accountability as a top priority. Wayfinders is a festive evening of dinner and cocktails where the organization honors the work and stories of those navigating the criminal justice system and raises funds to help support the mission of the Diversion Hub.
