Jane Hamm Lerum

Jane Hamm Lerum is dedicated to driving criminal justice reform in her home state of Oklahoma, where she served as the inaugural Criminal Justice Reform Policy Director for Oklahoma County. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in establishing the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority, an oversight body which assumed control of the Oklahoma County Jail in 2019.  

Her work in criminal justice reform inspired her to pursue a legal education to help more effectively navigate the legal system. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from Duke University. In addition to serving on the Arnall Family Foundation board, she serves on the Hamm Family Council and the Continental Resources Supervisory Board.
