Municipal Courts

Below are the following towns and municipalities in Oklahoma County. If you suspect you might have an unresolved municipal charge, it is imperative to get in touch with the relevant municipal court where your citation was issued.

Should you have an unsettled ticket in any of these towns/municipalities, there could be a warrant out for your arrest. In such a case, please promptly communicate with the municipal court of the city where you received the ticket.

Additionally, it’s worth mentioning that the City of Oklahoma City currently has a Warrant Amnesty Program in effect. Other municipalities, such as Midwest City, have been known to offer similar programs throughout the year. Therefore, it’s always good to stay informed and vigilant for such opportunities.

As for Oklahoma City’s amnesty event, it provides an opportunity to settle old warrants arising from citations at a significantly reduced cost, up until December 2023. This program targets those with an outstanding warrant for an unpaid “class ‘a'” offense ticket issued on or before June 30, 2021.

By participating in the program, you can settle the penalty for a cost equivalent to what would be charged if the ticket had been paid on time, without any risk of being arrested or sent to jail. This initiative, introduced in 2019 and renewed semiannually since, allows individuals to clear their record in a more affordable and stress-free way.
